What’s more, its powerful data filter allows you to analyse the records of any groups of users in any way that you want.

At the heart of Impact are the unlimited range of question models. Users are asked straight-forward questions and asked to rate themselves on a scale, using a simple slider. This lends itself to self-analysis, managers’ observations or guided self-review (such as students talking with their teachers to decide what their answers should be).


Feedback is immediate. As you slide the slider, you get a visual view of how things stand on a circlegraph ™, using Impact’s unique technology. Because the feedback is so visual, it’s then very easy to decide your priorities in setting goals for further improvement – whether it’s to do with your health, your performance at work, your life-style, self-belief, job-finding skills, or whatever model you are using at the time.


Impact uses a hugely powerful sql filter to enable you to analyse your data in any way you like. It’s simple to use. Say you want to see what the average scores are for a particular team over a range of 12 questions….or how many people are scoring well on certain questions….or female v. male results. It’s up to you. If the information’s in there, Impact can crunch it for you. You can see it all in graph form – and choose your own type of graph. As with the circlegraphs ™, you can get two different graphs on screen at once to compare. And, of course, you can repeat the analysis whenever you want an updated report.

Talking of reports, there’s an instant way of exporting Impact data to MS Excel, so you can incorporate the charts and figures into your own reports. All of the data can be kept on your own system, or you can upload it to Impact’s secure server. That way, you can pool records of users from a number of laptops or other remote locations.
